The men
The men in the village are the rulers of the women. The women are there to basically cook and clean and give the men their children. When there is a suitor for the women, the suitor and the girls dad and his friends have a meeting where they decide the bride's price. Althoght there are some women that have a lot of power over the men. The women are always to go with the men and their children do not belong to the women but they belong to the men. Preistess Chielo
She is a preistess that is like one of the guys. She has power over what the men do and they have t come to her when they want to do certain things. Weddings
The women have no say in who they are to marry and have to marry whomever their fathers say. In order for the men to get the women they have to pay a bridal price. When him and the father reach the wanted amount they can have the daughters for their wives. The men can also have as many wives as he can afford so when a man and a women get married it's not really special because the men can just get another one whenever they feel like it.
